I have already written to you at least 5-7 times about the missing package from JUNE 2014 ! As we can all be sure that the package is lost after such a long time, I request
reimbursement as stated in the letter if package has not arrived. Many times, I have followed up with this case and it is nearly MARCH 2015
Kindly issue credit note, as any more delays and NON-ANSWERS from Singapore are not ACCEPTABLE at this point of time

Ship date 28 June (9.9) / SingPost Letter Sept 25 of acknowledgment / track id: RQ102956539SG
As letter stated 60 days have passed after 60 days on NOV 25
If we do not get any responds about the issue, we will deduct 40 S$ from the next invoice
