Let me re-phase again on the issue here:
1) Room Defects:
23May2015 - C21 has informed me that my room was ready for inspection. I flew down from Singapore to Bangkok and did the inspection. The room was full of defects and failed the inspection .
19July2015 - C21 took almost two months to inform me that the room was now ready for inspection. My Thai friend Yossitouch has inspected the room. The previous defects was not repaired and more new defects were found. It is believed that the workers has created more defects while working in my room. Attached is the information for your perusal.
25July2015 - As per C21's promise, all defect will be fixed and the room should be ready to be transferred. However, I will not have any high hope as C21 has the track record of poor management and workmanship.
2) One year Maintenance fee waiver:
This promotion made me feel disgusted and sick. Hcondo/C21 has failed repeatedly to deliver the room and yet rushing me to do the transfer in order to get the waiver. This is not the way to gain trust and respect from the client or customer.
Hcondo/C21 should pay the penalty with one year free maintenance without any restriction or condition.
This is how you win the customer experience if you do not know what the customer service meant to you!
3) Wallpaper Voucher:
This is the agreement in which Hcondo promised to give when the project was delayed from Dec'2014 to May2015.
I am not sure what the problem with Hcondo/C21 communication gap.
This is not the promotion. This is the compensation which Hcondo promised to give.
I can show the email in which Hcondo sent to me.
There are several delays in the project and empty promises which Hcondo/C21 gave to the client.
If the above issues cannot be settled, please cancel my contract and return all my instalment with 7.5% interest on top of it.
The addition of 7.5% interest is well stated in my purchase contract.
Do let me know what is the final decision so that we can move forward.
If I didn't hear anything from Hcondo/C21 within this week, I will proceed with legal claims then.
