For next time please copy to Section concern , CCC shift MGR , CRM , Khun Colin
The process would be investigate with section concern irregularity initially include TRC duty in charge
As per this e-mail replied official direct from you to customer
I has re-check with K. Sopitnan ( TRC this flight)
Declared that she contact direct to ramp service and she did not contact to CCC
CCC shift MGR did not received any information from TRC that she had problem in operational handling PG OPS
TRC PG OPS had confuse procedure like this case
She said that the report irregularity of this case already informed / report to Khun POP
And she said to me that why I had to report to CCC shift MGR again
