As there is concern on escalation to exceptional approval review for the New To Bureau ( No Bureau Record), I’ve discussed with K.Nareerat and she agrees to implement followings:
SE- Reject (impact 1% of approved per month#)
SA – one level up authority based on CDL (as existing guideline in CPB)
I agree as it little helps to tight on SE segment and it is not interrupt SLA.
In addition, she challenges on BM delinquency target for marginal segment. I explained her and asks her to work together on New Booking Risk Appetite. The acceptable loss and target NPBT.
For score implementation, we will study on existing score model whether taking out LTV (existing score model incorporate as a variable) which profile segment can be used with score and implemented to replace complicated policy. Given different price per property project (I asked for sub-product type; new/2ndhand), do the score tell any difference. Score team will come back with Bad definition and any swap-in segment on Friday.
Note: K. Nareerat plans to do score cut-off for Call Ver skip criteria.
