The process of adding the items are:
STEP 1: Project require to submit memo, proposed budget and details of activities requested (per attachment) to MOPH/BMA co-units for requesting to do activities during the mentioned period.
STEP 2: TUC will concur and acknowledge the proposed activities to MOPH/BMA Co unit.
STEP 3: For project level, please ensure that this new items have been added in revised budget that will be submitted to HQ/PGO in September with budget justification.
