According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuantong Jutagate (my teacher and research advisor) who had contacted you about my desire to study in Ph.D at University of Paul Sabatier (UPS) sir. Firstly, I apologize you that i did not directly contact with you in former time. I just have received the forward e-mail from him sir.
I would like to introduce myself again. I am Ruamruedee Panchan I graduated in B.Sc (Fisheries) from Khonkaen University and M.Sc.(Fisheries science) from Kasetsart University, both of which are universities in Thailand. Currently, I am an assistant professor at Fisheries Division, Department of Agriculture technology, Faculty of Technology, Mahasarakham University. My almost researches are fishery biology, fishing gear selectivity especially gillnet fishing in freshwater fish along reservoir and river. I’m looking forward to study in higher education and interest study in Ph.D to have knowledge about aquatic ecology in related to the changes environmental factors influences the fish community structure diversity and fisheries.
My university has a scholarship 2,000,000 bath (52,892.43EUR) for staff to Ph.D study in aboard (for 3 years) but not support "cotutelle thesis". The scholarship has a detail:
1. Tuition fee include the insurance.
2. Living expenses 900 EUR per month
3. Travel cost 1 round trip.
4. Research cost 100,000 Bath (2,644 EUR) for all research in home country more than 3 month
5. Visa fee and airport tax
If i will come back to survey and collect the data at my home country, I think that the scholarship for research its have not enough. If possibility, I want to full research in France. I will ready to study in February 2016. Do you have any idea in my conditions, sir?
