Our policy is simple: if approved by PTTEPI, we pay the staff and invoice PTTEPI accordingly. PTTEPI cannot/should not turn around after we’ve paid staff, and refuse to pay.
We need everyone’s help to ensure that any and all claims (beyond regular routine) are properly signed by PTTEPI.
The scaffolder mob issue (below) will be an exception where SPIE pay Thidar without claiming back to PTTEPI, so don’t abuse it
One particular point where I need everyone to check, is the recorded OT hours on certain timesheets. I don’t believe any one is cheating, but it’s clear PTTEPI are checking very carefully.
If you see a timesheet where the recorded hours are wrong (eg 18 to 20 PM instead of 19 to 21, etc.), then flag immediately to K.Pong and get it corrected before it enters the payment process. It’s really painful to argue with PTTEPI about credit notes for 1 disputed hour…
