Statistically, it occupies around
two-thirds of the time for analysts to perform the SP procedure
during the whole analytical process [2]. Moreover, more than one thirds
of the analytical error is considered to be generated during
the SP procedure [3]. Then, the question comes to the scientist
mind: how to simplify and accelerate the measurement process
during chromatography analysis and reduce analytical errors causing
by SP procedure at the same time. Apart from the development
of novel efficient and accurate SP methods, there is another way to
improve the efficiency and accuracy of analysis, which is online
coupling of SP techniques with the consequent detection techniques.
It is a great advance from offline to online coupling mode
of SP and chromatography technique with following advantages:
