The OceanStor 9000 allows users to share a directory using NFS and CIFS at the same time.
Different clients, such as Windows-based clients (CIFS), Linux clients (NFS), and Mac OS X clients (CIFS or NFS) can access one shared directory or file simultaneously. Since Windows,
Linux, and Unix adopt different mechanisms to authenticate users and control access, the
OceanStor 9000 uses a mechanism to centrally map users and control access, protecting the
security of cross-protocol (CIFS-NFS) access.
