July 22, we got a letter from Revenue Dept, they requested TSKI to meet to check with the liquidation together with bring them accounting documents for fiscal year June 1, 2011 – May 31, 2012.
July 26, Wimonmart met with them and submitted all documents as request for instance financial report, trial balance, general Ledger, fixed asset, all tax related i.e. tax filing, withholding tax, value added tax, etc.
TSKI registered the dissolution with the Ministry of Commerce on Dec 19, 2012
I am working to finalize audit report with external auditor which expecting to get it soon.
After got the audit report as of Dec 19, 2012 from auditor we will send to Revenue Department which normally this take a couple months.
