It has come to our attention that your account is still overdue for payment.
After several attempts made by Booking.com to get overdue amounts paid, and having sent payment reminders, unfortunately we will now proceed to suspend your Hotel from receiving any further new bookings.
Please be aware, should you not pay your invoices within 14 days (after suspension date), we will hand over the open invoices to a Debt Collection Agency which will result in extra costs. To prevent this from happening we will expect full payment for all overdue amounts.
When all overdue amounts have been paid, the requirements to work with Booking.com (on payment method) may change.
All invoices can be found online and are downloadable from your Hotels Booking.com site under the heading Finance/Invoices (https://admin.bookings.org/hotels/).
