Before we process the staff probation did Supervisor or Manager discuss their performance and inform them where they hv strengths where they can improve?
If staff can still improve can we hv the mtg to say okay we will let you pass probation if:

Dear all,
In this specific case, the evaluation was done by the concerned outlet managers and myself. Thereafter, the points discussed were delivered to the staff member. These two staff members have definitely proved valuable to their respective outlets, but both also have areas to improve in, which were also communicated to them. K. Oa can provide you with the reviews if wanted.

Please make sure we communicate that with their probation we note their strengths and also areas they can improve...
