Customer has put this order on hold due to a very bad batch they have just got.



This is a very serious case and customer are looking for other supplier as we speak. I would not blame them for not staying if they found one.



Please put this Po on hold until further notice.



Complain:

"The latest TRAX box we received for our urgent order has now cost about a day and a half just to put the box together.



The coil was like a banana, we had to use clamps and drill new holes to make it fit on the base. We then had to make adjustments to corners and covers to make them fit, drilling new holes and messing around.



There were no pan head phillips bolts included – only hex bolts which are used nowhere.



There are holes in the door for hinges and some kind of latch assembly – none of which were supplied. My guys are now running around hardware stores looking for parts"
