In the study, tomato plants were grown well with good health
in all treatments except in the control. NO3
− deficiency was
well marked in the control (NO3-N: 0.001 mg L−1; Table 2) that
inhibited the growth of tomato plant. But high concentration
of NO3-N (0.842–8.83 mg L−1; Table 2) enhanced the growth of
plant in all treatments and highest concentration offered highest
