We do these videos for our customers when they purchase a system. The extent of what we encountered and know about the controller is in the video. My suggestion is to do two things. Contact Numark to help you navigate through the problem, or the software company. Believe me, we spend hours helping our customers and most often do not have the time to troubleshoot other peoples problems that buy elsewhere. (Although when we do know the answer off the top of our head, we do share it) The sad part of the videos is that no matter how in depth they are, no matter how much it helps people. We have simply seen too many people watch the videos and then just go buy elsewhere because they only care about getting the cheapest price out there and never factor in all the time it takes to even do the things we do personally for our customers.
