Thank you for your attempt to solve the material problem for TPT.
But due to we had the same problem many times after TPT applied new forecast system and I think we can't negotiate TPT for any change. (Because it is designed for all suppliers.) And until now we haven't get information that other supplier complained TPT about the system. So I think we should do the following to support ourselves.
1) Pls.review TPT's forecast system again and check how to make it meet with our material preparation timing. Is it over forecast really?
Or there might be something we should adjust.

2) If the idea 1) doesn't help to solve the problem, as I talked with K.Krongkarn I think we should accept to prepare more safety stock for TPT. Common material is surely acceptable. For uncommon material but applied for many parts, I think we should increase safety stock too. It's quite difficult to discontinue all parts at the same time.
(However, Sales will check if those many parts are used in the same model. A lot of parts will discontinue at the same time in that case.)
Anybody has more idea to solve this problem, pls.help sharing your idea.
