whether Such authority Comprises genuine leadership. Leadership should be considered as a process for driving people through influencing them in a specific but broad Sense, not as a driving power which aims at a Small part of a group. Also, when leadership is applied for the improvement of the organizations performance and on the leader's own assessment, relying on formal power or position to drive subordinates
