My goals and ideas, I will provide students a fun, fair, and safe classroom environment
that is conducive to learn and discovery. I will be a sound teacher for my students, never
compromising the moral or ethical principles of the teaching profession. I will help each
student meet local, state, and federal education mandates while ensuring students are
emotionally and physically healthy, civically engaged, responsible, and caring. I will motivate
students to overcome social and self-barriers so that they can exceed expectations and
become self-reliant citizens. I will work continuously with parents and administration to help
facilitate a relationship that best benefits the social, psychological, physical, and educational
developments of every student. I will offer students a voice and sense of ownership of their
colorful, organized, and well-managed classroom. I will ensure student literacy by exposing
a variety of reading resources and differentiation that promotes a love for reading across
curricula. I will be available and will respect all students, their differences, and challenges. I
will remain dedicated to my students without compromising my personal health, morals, ethics,
and relationships. I will foster in my students the belief that knowledge provides growth and
with growth comes success. I will demonstrate the importance of education for my students by
openly discussing my own continued edification in the field of education.
I need to develop the potentiality of mine and the children, and bring the knowledge
to the children. I need to see the increase of the potentiality of the children. It’s my plan. My
aim is to teach the children to be smart, good person and to be the person who always share
everything to the others , and to be the thankful person. The final is children will happy in
learning everything around them. I need to create the nice classroom between teacher and
children, such as love to each other, trust to each other. Classroom will be the lovely place, and
children will happy.
I am an instructor because I have a passion for guiding my students through the learning
process. In addition to the passion for the material I present, I tend to encourage learning by
creating a relaxed environment for students. Stimulating conversations about concepts being
presented and organizing material and equipments in a way that appeals to the learners and
makes it easiest to understand.
Effective teaching empowers student centered, active learning which enhances
intellectual character. Successful pedagogy cultivates high-quality thinking and dialogue,
and impels deeper knowledge. This constructivist approach connects learning to the real
world, and relies on dynamic assessments to advance achievement. By building upon prior
knowledge and scaffolding learning, effective teaching allows students to construct, apply and
transfer meaning. A supportive and challenging learning environment fosters these outcomes
of effective teaching. Collectively, these characteristics of successful constructivist pedagogy
signify that the goal of education is not an end, but rather a means encouraging the life-long
process of intellectual character development, apply new knowledge. These environmental
and social conditions support good and productive thinking and characterize effective teaching
because they fortify dispositions that shape intellectual character.
Finally I need to develop the children. I have to be a good teacher and I can develop my
potentiality, and learn the technique of teaching. And I can adapt that technique to my teaching.
Children will not bore to learn everything when I teach them. And children will happy when
they come to school.
