The size of DNA sample observed from molecular weight compare with Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 1 kb DNA ladder. The Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 1 kb DNA ladder ready to use between 2500 - 10,000 bp which the top of DNA ladder is 10,000 bp and the below of DNA ladder is 2500 bp. DNA sample have contamination of the protein and the RNA and protein is more than DNA in the sample.
When compare Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 1 kb DNA ladder band with the DNA .The photograph show that DNA sample is upper than the top of Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 1 kb, there by the molecular weight of DNA sample is more than 10,000 bp.
