If a sensitive and portable biosensor for PGDF-BB detection in complex matrices based on the specific recognition between aptamer and protein has been successfully developed.With the addition of PGDF-BB into the biosensor to initate the combination of aptamer and protein, invertase-labeled SA-PMPs can convert sucrose into glucose, resulting in the increasing signal of the PGM and accompanied with the change of color of the control window from yellow to green. The quantification of PGDF- BB is relevant to the enhanced signal of the PGM and the change of color in test strips, and 2.9 fM of PGDF-BB can be analyzed by this strategy.
