From our discussion with the parties involved and from our site inspection based on the available information/documents, due to the consignment was contained inside the container without opening the container for check the condition until transport to the consignee's warehouse, therefore the exact cause is unknown.
At the present information. it appears that the cause of the incident was probably damaged following 2 causes;
1. During loading the containers, the consignment probably become unbalanced and moved internally.
2. Impact during the transportation of the cargo to the consignee's warehouse
In addition we would note the fact that there were other same consignments (various conveyances) which had been prepared and arranged the packing of shipments including the storage in the same manner of this damage, thus, it might be difficult to confirm that the cause of the damage was due to an insufficient/poor of the transportation arrangement.
