Phone: From the Greek word phone, meaning "sound" or "voice"

Listening ability: Listening is the ability to accurately receive and interpret messages in the communication process.
Reading ability: A reading skill can be described as “a cognitive ability which a person is able to use when interacting with
texts”(Urquhart & Weir, 1998).
