I apology for the delay of the shipment. Yes, it is still at our factory. I have recalled the package because I found out the attachments the shipping department was about to send are of incorrect ones. It does take a few days our engineers to re-machine the attachments for me. I got their notification last Fri saying they will be ready today and the package will be sent out right away.
Once again, I apology for the late notice, I have been out of the office to set up a new facility for our production site. However I will assure that the package will be sent out by the end of today and you should see movement on the tracking number by the time you check this email.
