Manager - Security
Department: SSQE (Security, Safety, Quality, and Environment)
Key Accountabilities:-
To develop, implement, review and maintain Flight Security Procedures Manual (FSPM), Air Carrier Security Programme (ACSP) and/or Transport Security Programme (TSP).
To provide necessary security expertise and professional advice to management (e.g. Station Managers, Ground Handling Agents, Security Providers, etc).
To oversee management of any 3rd party security providers; establish performance standards through developing SOPs; contribute to tender materials and contracts for service providers, oversee contract renewals and statistical performance reports.
To develop, implement, review and maintain a Security Quality Control Programme (SQCP).
To conduct station pre-operations security assessment for all new stations.
To conduct audits and inspections on all stations.
To investigate all security incidents, recommend and implement adequate security measures/procedures to prevent recurrence.
To develop, implement, review and maintain a Security Training Programme (STP).
To conduct security training for all staff
To report all aviation security incidents to the appropriate authorities as required.
To be the liaison with local and overseas authorities and other aviation industry participants relating to aviation security matters.
Qualifications:-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in the aviation security industry
Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English and Thai
Experience in liaising with Government officials & regulatory departments
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels.
Able to create and maintain strong internal and external networks;
Ability to influence through interpersonal skills;
Willingness to travel;
Energy, enthusiasm and demonstrable can do attitude;
Ability to work on own initiative to tight timelines;
Excellent communicator
