A direct evaluation of concentrations of different odorants is
meaningful for the understanding of fundamental aspects of
odorant emissions from strong sources (Kim et al., 2006). Table 5
shows the concentration (ppb) of odorants measured at all sampling
sites, and all average concentration of odorants measured for
the entire study period (JuneNov) are presented in Fig. 2. The mean
concentrations of all the RSCs (H2S: 36.50 ppb, CH3SH: 2.28 ppb,
DMS: 2.23, and DMDS: 1.61 ppb), NCs (NH3: 760. 50 ppb and TMA:
2.67 ppb) and CCs (acetaldehyde: 11.81 and butyraldehyde:
2.67 ppb) were highest at the A-4 site.
