This is a time at Big C, when many Vice Presidents worry about sales and argue about how to sell more.
To try to sell more... we are now ordered to change our promotions allocations process by Khun Neil and Khun Bruno.
We are to increase our allocations by 30% for the top 30 stores (for all promotion items) without reducing the allocations to the other stores.
Alternatively, we might increase those allocations by a higher percent if Merchandise informs us to do that.
The idea is to give the stores the opportunity to improve their sales performance and to let that carry forward to increased promotions forecasts in the future.
