With regards to the external inspection action that was mentioned previously, we appreciate your initiative to arrange for the inspection at your own cost on pre-shipment day, in order to make sure the goods are in good quality to be shipped. However, if the mentioned action is not taking into consideration at your end, in the event that the goods are found damaged upon arriving to your warehouse, the actual affected quantity must be arranged from your end to return to us. From there, once the issue is related to manufacturing defect, we will investigate and compensate accordingly.
We seek for your understanding that for the previous compensation, it is based on the mutual trust between both parties. As from the past till today, we view quality as our highest concern, which precaution actions have been implemented and improved from time to time, therefore, we believe the quality issue had been minimized to the least. Any future unforeseen issues that required for return and compensation, it shall be in compliance with our Standard Operation Procedures.
