Responsible for all branches
• Set up procedure and policy and ensure compliance to policy and procedure both internal and external
• Monitor, assess and review branch staff to ensure compliance to all procedures in order to minimize Operational Losses; monitor and report branch KRI
• Strengthen branch controls and up – skill staff competency in the areas of Operational Risk and Controls
• Improve branch productivities through process improvements while maintaining superb customers services
• Ensure branches get all required equipment for branch operations
• To be a branch focal point for all queries
• Cost management
