The distribution of sugar characteristics is shown inFig. 1. Several characteristics presented a typical normal distribution, i.e.,
fructose content, total sugar content, and sweetness index. Sucrose
and glucose contents showed a normal distribution with skew to
the right. Total sugar content ranged from 29.9 to 205.4 mg/g, with
an average of 92.7 mg/g (Fig. 1)
