Handling all human resources management relating to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits including reward and recognition programs.
Develop and implement the HR strategy through the organization.
Planning and forecasting the HR department’s annual budgets.
Managing all payroll activity and conducting welfare, benefit and salary reviews.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function, setting the strategic recruitment direction to attract both technical and management levels of employees.
Advising management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Monitoring staff performance/improvements, including administration of KPI measurement and records.
Qualifications:
Male/ Female,age over 35 years old.
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
At least 10years’ experience in handling a full set of organizational development, performance management, compensation&benefits, training&development and recruitment function in a multinational organization of which a minimum of 5years should be at the management level.
Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws.
Good communicate in English.
Well-organized, and able to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
