most often used for environmental pollution treatment hyperaccumulators plants with microbes to promote better performance. Each type of bacteria in the environment can have different degradation compounds to be used as a carbon source for growth. Which in nature, can be found bacteria live in the soil around plant roots than other Areas. Bacteria around the roots of many plants, it is effective to digest contaminants in the soil and improves the efficiency of plants to absorb toxins. Study on which had reports of (Kunchaya Setkit et al.,2014.) Studied bacterium Micrococcus SP MU1 Micrococcus sp. MU1, a Cadmium-resistant PGPR, promoted the plant growth and Cadmium accumulation in the roots and above-ground tissues of Helianthus annuus L.. It also increased phytoextraction coefficient and translocation of Cadmium from the roots to the above-ground tissues. Repeated soil inoculation with the Micrococcus sp. MU1 provided continuous enhancement of Cadmium phytoextraction efficiency. Our findings suggested that a combined approach using Micrococcus sp. MU1 and H. annuus L. for Cadmium phytoextraction is an alternative strategy to reclaim Cadmium-polluted areas.
