the yeast and mold were counted in each petri dish and the results
were shown as CFU/mL of juice. All the determinations were carried
out in triplicate.
2.11. Statistical analysis
Data obtained in the study were represented as mean
value standard deviation (SD). Completely Randomized Design
(CRD) was used with One-Way ANOVA at a significance level of
P < 0.05 and significant differences between mean values were
determined by LSD pair-wise comparison test. Statistical analyses
were determined by using Statistix 9.0 software (Analytical Software,
Tallahassee, FL, USA).
