Qualification Required:-
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Human Resources and Management level
Experience in setting up new HR functions and directing all HR practices assignment with strong background in Recruitment & Retention
Pleasant, active with strong leadership and excellent interpersonal, communication skill
People and customer oriented, open minded, flexible with Can – Do attitude. Creative and enjoy challenge
Result- oriented and proactive self- starter with positive attitude
Service mind with strong leadership qualities, communication and motivation skills
Creative, innovative and methodical with a practical approach and high frustration tolerance
Excellent command of English
