Since nothing in the scene is really set up to fade in, animate, and then fade out, you will have to change one of the existing objects to see it in action. The Pedestal will do nicely, because it isn’t part of the final game. Right now, if you pick the rock, the pedestal fades into its state 2. If you pick the pedestal, it then goes into its state 0. Let’s set its state 0 visibility type to 2 to test. It is already visible, but you will still get to see it fade in, wait the 2 seconds, and then fade out.
