Khao Khitchakut National Park covers a rich, lush forestland of some 58 square kilometres where many herbal plants are found. It is also abundant in wildlife. The Krathing waterfall with its nature trails cutting through all 13 levels of the fall is a very popular attraction. There are a lot of activities to do there, like swimming in the crystal pools or camping in the park. There are also accommodations for visitors but advanced booking at the Forestry Department in Bangkok is required. Other attractions include the Khlong Chang Se waterfall and the Phra Bat Phluang, which is considered to be a holy footprint-like depression on the hilltop to which people come and pay their respects during Makha Bucha.
