As Leadon has filed for dissolution and this 5 years contract should be considered as the final agreed fee payment after which there won’t be any more payments to Datasafe. Anyway after when the company completed its liquidation, the company will no longer be there. My question is what if there are more boxes for storage out of the 78 cartons agreed, will there be subsequent charges? We would like to agreed on the final fee payment so that there will be no more payments to be made to Datasafe since the company is in the dissolution process.

That’s right.
We can retrieve documents maximum 10 times in 5 years. If over, there will have additional charge.

So far the companies that you handle which have been liquidated, the RD didn’t come back to request documents? By the way, appreciate if you can advise what for item (2) and (3) what does it means by “Max. 10 per times/5 years” as indicated in the quotation?

I have no experience that RD come back and request documents after liquidation completed and deleted company name from VAT system.
