Job Description:
Lead in brand strategies and tactics and ensure execution excellent
Lead in portfolio management & develop NPDs that satisfy consumer needs as well as company's benefit
Strengthen brand equity via impact marketing communications as well as leverage regional/global communication
Lead on seeking understanding of consumer insights and turn these insights into action that can enable brand strengths
Manage brand P&L and improve spend efficiency
Ensure all brand strategies are underpinned by strong & in-depth consumer understanding
Overseeing the development and implementation of the marketing plan and work closely with sales team to execute the plans
Constant review on campaigns and brands through yearly brand reviews and post campaigns reviews to encourage vigorous and continuous learning
Work with Advertising Agency and Media Agency for high performing MKT plan
Closely work with R&D term for NPDs
Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Business/ Marketing field
At least 5 years of comprehensive experience in brand management in international FMCG
Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft office : Excel , Powerpoint , Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai; ability to communicate in a clear, focused, persuasive manner
Stong analytical skills and able to look at issue from different perspectives
