TASK : PROVIDE SERVICE AT THE TABLE
OBJECTIVE: Upon completion of this training activity, the learner will be able to serve all food items to a guest by the proper technique, provide all necessary condiments, serve all non-alcoholic beverage items in the proper glass or cup and properly execute all aspects of the bussing function.
STANDARD : all food and drinks served from the right of guest when physically possible. Provide condiments coordinating with items ordered. Remove items from table in a timely fashion.
RESOURCES: meeting room, oval trays, table set up, beverage trays, ashtrays, handout, samples of china, glassware and cutlery
