Therefore, the hospital announces the use of Work Procedure, Quality Plan, Work Instruction, and Work Manual for every type of work in the organization that impact the quality of their service. Every employee must adhere and strictly follow the Work Procedure, Quality Plan, Work Instruction, and Work Manual to ensure adequate preparation as well as fast and efficient action in order to prevent and solve various issues, including preventing the reoccurrence of the issue or ensuring a more satisfactory outcome. In addition, the Work
Procedure, Quality Plan, Work Instruction, and Work Manual that are used in this Quality System receive proper maintenance, review and revision to ensure it is always up-to-date and efficient. The continuous improvement philosophy will be adhered to by everyone in the organization to demonstrate the importance and permanence of the Company’s Quality System.
The key to achieving this quality goal is the management team’s determination, consolidation of power, presence of harmony, and company-wide training such that every employee is informed, understands, and seriously and genuinely conducts according to the Quality Policy, whether it’s directly and indirectly.
