We would informed the Annual Performance Appraisal and Salary Increase plan/proposal as following;
Salary Increase 2014 : January 1, 2014
Merit Plan Eligibility
• Eligibility conditions for January 1, 2014 Increase:
o New hire after October 1, 2013 is not eligible.
o Employees hired prior January 1, 2013:
Full merit increment amount/percentage.
o Employees hired between January 2, 2013 and September 30, 2013:
Proration based on hire date
o Employees hired, promoted, or receiving other merit increase after October 1, 2013:
not eligible for January 1, 2014 increase
o Not eligible if is on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), on notice of leaving the company, or on leave of absence at the time of the increase (if permissible by local employment laws)
o Must be an active TK employee when Salary Increment is made on 31 January 2014. If employee resigned before the due date, all salary increment will be forfeited.

All Performance Management materials need to be submitted to Human Resources no later than Wednesday, 26 December, 2013.
