Hoko had received a complaint from a supermarket to whom they had sold a case
that when the store opened the case to put the cans to the store shelf,
they had found a can with no best before inkjet. (See below photo)
From the other cans in the same case, they assume the best before should have been 2017.1.14
We understand SAICO checks the inkjet before shipping out and also they should be doing
the tapping test so please ask them to investigate the record.
If they were to say his was human error then please ask them to consider
to use the camera they had installed after Coop incident.
Hoko is being asked from the customer to submit he report by 3 June
so please duly come back by 2 June
