The aim of the current survey is to examine the importance of a series of activities according to the opinion of schools’ headmasters while performing their duties. The necessity of research in this specific scientific field is motivated by the following reasons.(1)Though the research process, it is demonstrated that the role of the headmaster is crucial for launching changes in schools and for the achievement of positive results [50–52]. This implies that the data highlighted by this survey can contribute to headmasters’ understanding the personal or more general weaknesses, aiming at improvement.
