Another teacher, writing about her partnership journey, noted
that some of her colleagues resisted change because they may have
felt somewhat alienated. In addition, they had been used to teaching
in isolation without much supervision. This teacher’s observation
of some of her colleagues’ resistance to change is congruent
with review of literature on school reform and change as reported
by Ornstein and Hunkins (2004) as well as other researchers. This
