The Supplier shall provide an on-site Project Manager as the Single Point of Contact to DTAC. The Supplier may assign a local as Assistant Project Manager to assist Project Manager coordinate effectively with DTAC. The Project Manager shall coordinate and support all activities and deliverables associated with the Supplier’s solution. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
Project Management
Project Status Reporting
Risk Mitigation
Resource Allocation
Change Control
Quality Assurance
Stakeholder Communications
