We inform you that we have missed the normal delivery from today to our customer Ford due to the fact we haven’t received yet the right documents.
Another issue will be that we can not send PO for more parts to the new supplier because of the same situation we haven’t received yet the right documents requested by Roxana and also missing documents requested by Tudor.
This situation will affect us as follow: even if we would be able to ship the parts next week it is a risk for special shipment to client due to the delay from the schedule. Also if we will not be able to order new parts to the new supplier, the quantity we have on stock is enough for one complete shipment, in 2/3 weeks we have the risk to stop the client.
We need all the support from SQ and PU Teams in solving this situation.
