1.Deliver 3 high-impact innovations - Supporting business growth, ops productivity and risk management and process improvements.
2.Commitment to projects, including but not limited to Premier Service Model Phase II. Support, contribute to successfully implement projects in flight.
3.BOLD - Embed BOLD principles in everyday operations.
4.Deliver E2E process. Initiate and drive ideas for removing hand offs, etc.
5.Leverage and enhance e-channels and AVR to increase service level.
