I am a member of Ethihad Guest,I do not need another airline card thank you.
What I want is to be able to book on your website and not to be asked to telephone reservations office in Bangkok to get the ticket because the payment has not gone through, and the reason is because your payment system is not customer friendly..
The problem you have, is that your payment system is very strict and many credit cards are not accepted online and you make travelers call your reservations . For responsible travelers it is costly and time consuming .
Other airlines have VERIFIED by Visa or Mastercard which I use and we answer credit card security questions and ticket is issued without a call to Bangkok.
This happens with all my HSBC Hong Kong credit card airline ticket purchases EXCEPT Bangkok Airways . WHY DO YOU INSIST ON A TRAVELLER MAKING A PHONE CALL?
I book online with Ethihad ,Emirates, Cathay, Air Asia, eBookers, Zuji and others and I do not have this problem with them.
Please send my complaint to the concern department for a response .
