The objective of the study was to examine Guidelines for the development of Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, Bachelor’s Degree Program, and Academic year 2014. The Instrumentation for this research is the questionnaire used to collect data from a sample of students, Bechelor's Dgree Program of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, Grade 1-4, and Academic year 2014 as 385 people. Using simple random sampling Stratified method. Data was analyzed using the Statistical include percentages, mean, standard deviation, T-test, Chi-Square, and One Way Analysis of Variance with the use of statistical program SPSS for Windows.
The results showed that most of the respondents were Female students 61.56 percent, most first year students 30.38 percent, and most of students in the Faculty of Education 28.05 percent.
Participate in Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony found that most students participate in new students orientation 97.14 percent inferior to Teacher Respect Ceremony and Freshly Star Contest 91.95 percent, Brother sister relationship Ceremony (Bai Sri Soo Khan) 82.86 percent.
Activities organized by agencies found that most students participate in organized by the division of Student development 99.74 percent, Activities organized by faculty 99.22 percent, Activities organized by majors 95.84 percent respectively.
Activities organized by the division of Student development that most students participate in new student orientation 94.81percent, Teacher Respect Ceremony 87.79 percent, and Freshly Star Contest 87.27 percent respectively.
Activities organized by faculty that most students participate in Freshly Star Contest as 321 people 83.38 percent, new student orientation as 316 people 82.08 percent, and Teacher Respect Ceremony as 282 people 73.25 percent respectively.
Activities organized by majors that most students participate in Brother Sister Relationship Ceremony (Bai Sri Soo Khan) as 300 people 77.92 percent, Teacher Respect Ceremony as 251 people 65.20 percent, and Walk rally activity as 227 people 58.96 percent respectively.
Student’s feedback Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony activities the overview is appropriate at a high level the students with different gender and class year. It feedback on the activities of Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony overview is not in different, But students of different faculties have feedback on Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony activities the overview difference 0.05 significance level. Considering the relationship between gender, grade year, and faculty with duration of the Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony is not in different, But the students with different class year and faculty the feedback about the suitability of the Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony in different 0.01 significance level. The relations about the Freshmen Welcoming Ceremony most need public relations through the label releases 73.25 percent.
