This may appear to be an uphill battle sometimes, but there are signs that it is being won. More companies appear willing to spend money on nurturing and educating their future leaders. Infosys Technologies Ltd. and others have opened up their own leadership schools and give their employees time off to attend class. One HR manager I spoke to believes his company, a branch of a multinational, has found potential leadership skills in 10% of its 3,000 employees. Now they need nurturing and developing. short-term It's all about sustaining a company over a decade; I believe thinking needs to go and value enhancement must creep in. the next that this is happening already. The gap is being plugged and generation of industry leaders, capable of adapting to a changing landscape, is on its way
