Hospitalization
Table 3 shows that no significant difference was found in the number of hospitalizations between the intervention group and the control group at Time 2 (and Time 2 + Time 3); however, there was a significant difference at Time 3 (c2 = 9.10, P < 0.01). The results showed that a greater proportion of participants in the control group had been hospitalized (15.1%) than in the intervention group (1.4%) by Time 3 (Fig. 5).
